Developing the program action plan and strategies & monitoring the implementation to achieve its goals and objectives.
Supervised & Monitored program field staff qualifications through regular visits and training on job.
Collected and analyzed statistical data related to the program.

Participating in evaluation mission of the program.
Prepare periodical reports about the achievements for the director and donors.
