PARC's policy is to encourage farmers to practice organic agriculture to produce safe products and not to use chemicals. Since April 2002, a project supported by the Italian government and the Italian NGO "RC" aims at improving organic farming techniques in Palestine and helping at marketing those products locally and internationally.
